It’s hard believing that it is already March…only means Spring and Summer are close and we can get out of the cold and wet conditions and start working on our tans!! haha
Glad to be back only after a week from sending our last Kush Report… Lots of activity over the past 7 days tho and have new inventory we wanted to share.
Applications in the Queue remain to be a hot topic and definitely on our radar this past week!! …and appears Cannabis owners are strategic, looking to acquire or sell their spot in line, with the anticipation of them coming to an end, late this summer…
Not sure, however, we may be seeing a recent change within the application/license process… Originally we were aware that an application type could be changed before it actually becomes a license. (Much like a wild card in Uno, allowing to change to any color.) Many people are aware of this and are also quoting same information…
We’ve recently experienced a hiccup tho, where we had a producer app wanting to become a retail license, and was denied. No worries, we are not complaining, just observing. We are hearing that Producer apps would only be able to remain a Producer License. All the other apps tho, could still be changed to another one of the licenses.
Till this past week…where we’ve heard that the other apps would NOT be able to be changed now, either. Waiting for confirmation, but seeing this may become a new trend?!?

Quick tip for sellers:
We dont watch TV, however when on the road, we find our family loves the show “Shark Tank”, Sky really digs it!! haha.
Anyway, have you noticed that when the inventor/contestant overprices their offering, hoping that the Sharks would make a counter, it usually bites em in the butt!! Rather than a counter offer, they are REJECTED by all the Sharks, right!?!
We see an interesting parallel with Cannabis businesses that are over priced. Sellers are saying, “well the buyer should just make me a lower offer”, and the buyer is saying, “wow, the seller is sooo unrealistic with pricing, I’m not willing to waste my time”, …and will pass on giving an offer.
Our suggestion, start with a realistic price! You will attract many more buyers and likely to get an offer quickly! You’re welcome 😉
